With nearly 2 months of 2022 behind us (and a WHOLE lot of extreme weather), it is time to provide an update on another recent successful farmland transaction we completed! This most recent sale closed in January and included 179 acres of land in Warren Township, just east of Davenport, ND. We were pleased to represent the Seller and Buyer on this private transaction, as we have done so many times in the past. You can learn more about the land below.

SOLD! RECENT TRANSACTIONS, Q4 2021

It has been a busy quarter for sales of all kinds of property, including land here in the heart of the Southern Red River Valley! We are a bit late with this update, but the calendar hasn’t flipped yet so it is time to give a quick update on a few of our most recent land sales!

First, in early Q4 we helped an owner sell his land just west of West Fargo off the Raymond exchange along I-94. This land holds great potential for future development once the FM Diversion project is completed, and we were happy to help the seller find a good home for it. A bit later, we helped buyer and seller come together for over 100 acres of farmland on the edge of Horace, ND that will eventually be turned into an amazing residential development! Horace is booming and land sales in this area have been brisk. Finally, in late November we completed our online auction of 292 tillable acres in Addison Township of Cass County, ND with great results! The market for traditional farm land has not been this strong since 2012 and we think that trend will continue into 2022. We have another sale of quality Cass County farmland to report! This sale closed the end of March . This land is inside of the FM Diversion project and sits between the city of West Fargo and Harwood. Long term this ag land will have strong long term potential for development. We were pleased to represent the Seller and Buyer on this transaction.

We are back again to report another successful closing and satisfied clients. This sale closed the end of February and included a great parcel of land along I-29 about 6 miles south of Fargo. This land is inside of the FM Diversion project and has strong long term potential for development. We were pleased to represent the Seller and Buyer on this transaction.

It is time to put a bow on our 2020 land sales, and in this final update from last year we have one more ag land sale to report from December, this one yet another strong future development parcel south of Fargo.

This was a parcel we had been marketing for the seller in Stanley Township, on the future arterial roadway of 76th Ave S! This parcel is one of many we have helped market and sell on this corridor. The sellers were thrilled we found a strong buyer for their family’s land, and in time you will see this developed into the growing south side of Fargo!

Yes, we are still playing catch up regarding our latest land sales in the southern Red River Valley! We have two more sales to report from July, each a large contrast in the type and value of the land.

This first in July was a parcel we lead the public marketing and sale of for a great piece of land in Stanley Township, on the growing southern edge of the city of Fargo! We have helped many buyers and sellers come together on farm land such as this – land that sells at prices at a multiple of traditional farm land values given their future potential for development. The second July sale was for a traditional parcel of farm land in Harwood township, well north of the Fargo-Moorhead metro. This quality farm land was sold privately with great results.
