It is time to put a bow on our 2020 land sales, and in this final update from last year we have one more ag land sale to report from December, this one yet another strong future development parcel south of Fargo.
This was a parcel we had been marketing for the seller in Stanley Township, on the future arterial roadway of 76th Ave S! This parcel is one of many we have helped market and sell on this corridor. The sellers were thrilled we found a strong buyer for their family’s land, and in time you will see this developed into the growing south side of Fargo!
