The Goldmark Ag Land Sales & Auction helped a client sell two great parcels of land in northeast Cass County, ND, then helped them use those proceeds to 1031 into a different parcel of land in southeast Cass County, ND. Both closings (their sale and subsequent purchase) were handled together in what we call a simultaneous closing.
